Green Handler Herding Lesson

Service Description

Lessons are scheduled by the half or whole hour but may not follow that schedule exactly. Sheep are unpredictable sometimes don't play along or need longer breaks than we anticipate. Participants are welcome to come early and stay after their lesson time. Always let the trainer know ahead of time if you are on a tight schedule that day. The trainer will work your dog a minimum of two times in the appropriate space teaching commands and preparing them to begin incorporating the handler. Once your dog is far enough along, she begins to teach you how to handle your dog. It's expected while she's working your dog that you engage and begin to learn the basics unless you plan on having a trainer exclusively handle your dog.
