We currently offer:

• Large double garage area with a 1 bedroom apartment attached. The apartment has a bathroom, queen bed, couch, and in the future will include a dog grooming station. It is fully heated and cooled.

• Large open shop with matted dog training area that is roughly 40x50. 

• 4 stall barn with runs set up for sheep, a hay loft and tack room.

• 98x100 dirt/grass arena

• 40x40 dirt round pen

• Multiple larger pasture spaces

• Enough parking for most events, depending on the need for parts of it to be out of line of sight
