We currently do not offer private pet training or group classes, but can happily provide referrals to local trainers for anything you need!

If you are interested in herding, please fill out the form below. We will be in touch ASAP regarding scheduling an evaluation! Evaluations and private lessons are $50. Multiple dogs with the same handler are $40 per dog for private lessons.

 

We have a small group of locals working towards HT/PT/Started/etc who get together when the weather and schedules cooperate. Once you've passed your initial evaluation and lesson process, you will be invited to attend posted dates. Green and experienced dogs are welcome. Please respect that the sheep's energy, especially in summer, is limited so we occasionally limit the number of participants to ensure everyone gets to work and the sheep don't get overworked. The trainers work their dogs on these days as well so you may find scheduling private time works better for you if you want more individualized attention. Occasionally, we can accommodate green/new lesson dogs on a working day but the fee above is the same. Priority is given to our handlers who have previously attended.​​

We also have a work-to-pay program for our regulars. We post big chore days (tagging, vaccinating, sorting, etc) where people can come help for $10 per half hour credit towards a lesson or sheep rental.
